JDG Polymer80 Licensed PF940V2 Frame for Glock 17 Gen3 ( UMAREX / TM / WE )
FOR AIRSOFT AND SIMULATION USE ONLY.
1. Acquire a flat file or a Dremel tool, and a caliper for the modification to fit UMAREX internal parts into the JDG Polymer80 Frame.
1. 準備工具，可將銼刀柄先稍微彎曲備用，依使用者個人狀況，亦可使用電磨機。
2. File or grind down the front locking block by 0.25mm to 0.3mm
2. 將 JDG Polymer80 下身握把的前螺孔以銼刀往下磨0.25mm至0.3mm
3. File the rear part of the UMAREX locking block by about 0.2mm
3. 將 UMAREX 的導軌座後端往下磨平約 0.2mm
4. File away the portion where the hammer assembly sits as shown above by about 0.8mm to 1mm to fit the UMAREX hammer assembly.
4. 修改 JDG Polymer80 下身握把後方的擊鎚座位置，並往下磨 0.8mm-1mm，以便擊鎚可正常扣著為主。
5. We recommend adding an o-ring (2.5mm outer diameter, 1.5mm inner diameter) on the hammer assembly screw to make the screw fit tightly against the frame.
5. 將所有零件依序裝回，前螺絲建議可加1個O型圈（線徑1.5mm，內徑2.5 mm），使導軌與下身結合更緊密。
